Madin Mohammed, at the tender age of six, is being hailed as the next great soccer talent, drawing comparisons to the French legend Zinedine Zidane. This amazing youngster already boasts an impressive array of skills and is basically untouchable among players his own age or older. He can even replicate Zidane's signature move ->Marseille Roulette :D
Watch the video below to enjoy Madin's mind blowing skills ... Read more
Ok Champions League draw is out and yet again Liverpool will continue their annual European rivalry with Chelsea (Is this became a tradition??) . This means the Reds will meet the Blues for the fifth time in five seasons - four times in the knock-out stages and once in the group stages.
Liverpool have won two and the Blues one of the clubs' recent Champions League battles, but Chelsea won the last clash 4-3 on aggregate in last year's semi-final. Benitez's side won the 2004/05 semi-final, before the teams locked horns in the 2005/06 group stage. Liverpool then won the 2006/07 semi-final against Chelsea, who turned the tables under manager Avram Grant last term.
Look at draw, if Liverpool manage to find the way pass Chelsea and Barcelona (or Bayern Munich) to advance to the final, they might end up meeting Manchester United in Rome. This could be the sweetest ever CL victorious if they can beat MU and win their sixth CL title. Relatively it could be the most bitter lose should they was beaten by the Red Devils.
It will be a difficult journey for Liverpool to get to the final, but I know they can do it! All the best and keep marching on......
I felt ecstatic last night. Why? Hmmm.... look at pic below and it explained everything :P
Could you believe a 4 stars Liverpool thrash Man Utd.... at Old Trafford, the so called Theater Of Dream? After thrashed the Galatico 4-0 in mid week, the Reds again produced a superb performance to record their biggest at Old Trafford since 1936 and ended the reigning champion 12 matches unbeated run in EPL.
With this win, it cut United's lead to 4 points (though they still have one game in hand). This means Man Utd still remain the hot favourite to retain their champion. However I hope this defeat had put them under slightly more pressure and aspired others teams that Man Utd are not unbeatable!
Alright here are the highlight of the excellent game............
Tevez through to Park, his pace takes him through and Reina comes crashing out.... PENALTY. C.Ronaldo step up and scored! Man Utd 1-0 Liverpool
Out of nothing. The long ball over the top and Vidic didn't clear. He let it go and then Torres' pace took over. A clinical finish from Torres give VDS no chance. It is all square now!
Gerrard gets the other side of Evra. Races through and he is fouled, just in the area.
GOAL! Gerrard slides it home. VDS was close, but too much power. It is 1-2 now!
Gerrard run to the camera and kiss the lens to celebrate his goal
Just as Fergie brought his three subs on, Vidic was beaten by Gerrard and hauls him down. He was the last man, Gerrard was through on goal, and that's another good decision. Vidic is off.
From resulting free kick, Aurelio curls it in! VDS didn't even move! 1-3!!!
At injuried time, Dossena breaks and loops the ball over VDS. 1-4! Amazing!
Liverpool will crash with Man City on coming Sunday @ Anfield. After 25 games, The Reds are at second place with 54 points, 5 points adrift of current leader and arch rival.. Man Utd. Man City on the other hand are currently at 9th place with 31 points.
This is a very important match for Liverpool. In fact from now on, every match is equally important. Any slip up will means they have to bid an early farewell to their first ever Premier League crown as Man Utd are really on fire now.
Liverpool will be without my fav player... the charismatic skipper Steven Gerrard and the impressive midfielder Xabi Alonso. Gerrard is still battling a hamstring injury suffered in the FA Cup against Everton two weeks ago and with European action resuming next week, manager Rafael Benitez confirmed on Friday that the midfielder will not be risked this weekend.
Can Liverpool beat Man City without the duo? I certainly hope so. Let the finger cross they will win either 2-0 or 3-1 :P

*Updated on 23-02-2009* Liverpool could only manage to draw 1-1 at home with Manchester City on Sunday and now trail Manchester United by seven points in the race for the Premier League title. Sad to say... I feel Liverpool's title dream is all but over. ... Read more
